Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 02/10/2026
1. Service Delivery
White Glove Service LLC provides services according to agreed schedules, scopes, and service agreements. Services are performed by trained personnel and supervised for quality assurance.
2. Payment Terms
First month payment is required before services begin.
Recurring invoices are issued by the 15th and due by the 1st.
Accounts unpaid after the 5th may have service paused.
Late accounts may incur a $50 weekly late fee.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If a scheduled service is missed (no call/no show) or a client is unsatisfied, a free week credit may be requested in writing within one business day.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must keep work areas reasonably clear and communicate closures or schedule changes in advance.
5. Agreement Term
Service agreements run for 12 months with a 90-day trial period. Early termination may result in fees unless termination results from provider breach.
6. Scope Changes
Additional services outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Pricing may be adjusted for material changes in facility usage or requested services.
7. Photography & Documentation
Photos or videos may be taken for documentation, training, or quality control. Clients may request exclusions in writing.
8. Security
Keys or access credentials provided may be reproduced when necessary for operations or inspections and will be handled securely.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Use of services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
